About me
I’ve grown up around music my whole life. I have always been artistic, drawing portraits or painting landscapes. I loved dance as a child, which I think influences my understanding of movement to this day. I feel like Massage is sort of a dance. I discovered yoga many years ago and practice it regularly for its mental, emotional & physical benefits. I believe everything I’ve learned from yoga has shaped my experience and knowledge of the body and how to work with it. Recently I have found great benefits from Pilates and strength training(lifting weights in the gym) . I believe where possible, most of us should incorporate some form of resistance training to improve our body mechanics and reduce pain symptoms.
I always loved learning about the body through anatomy & physiology. Studying this topic is a huge passion of mine that I continue to delve into. I have always had a passion for helping others and I believe, more than ever before, people need touch therapies to provide mind-body connection and to reduce the impact that our modern digital world has on our wellbeing.
